Renok is a fasted growing adventure tourism company based out of India.

Renok is an adventure company established in 2011. They specialize in trekking, adventure activities and outbound training. Till date, they have conducted 300 treks and 100 unique experiences.

The challenge client faced

The client wanted to diversify into other categories in tourism without diluting the brand value. The existing website was not responsive and had a traditional and amateur look. The site looked cluttered and confusing. The user journey was not defined and the brand values of the company were not clearly visible on the website.

The solution we came out with

The website was made responsive for better usability. The home screen was kept simple and on point to facilitate the user to discover services across various sections- those that were new, trending and across specific categories.

Unconventional , modern and clean designs were used to ensure no single element distracts attention from the visual hierarchy. High resolution contextual imagery was used to provide visual cues to the readers.

Custom icons and graphics were used inplace of texts to elicit an emotional response and convey the brand value and further Renok's marketing goals. The dominant color of the website was slightly  retouched to integrate simultaneously with other supporting colors  to tantalize and maintain interest.

The Logo was redesigned and revamped to make it stand out and stay relevant with the target audience. The site had a clear defined CTA to increase the quality and volume of lead generated.

A wide range of options were given to choose from in the booking page to build a customized trip. Custom icons were made for the last minute deals to create a strong visual differentiation.

Responsive Design with resized images, text, forms, and buttons to maximize screen space so that the text is easily readable , images compliment to the screen size, and buttons are easily selectable. It was designed to enhance user experience and to look modern and fit in with today’s customers
Customized and detail booking choices were made in the booking screen to enable the customers in their decision making process by offering more options to select from as per their need and preferences.Custom icons were made for the last minute deals to create a strong visual differentiation.
Intuitive and Easy Navigation to enable the users to navigate through the website seamlessly in the clear defined user journey funnel . There was a clear defined CTA in sync with the marketing objectives of Renok
